The Chinese Entity "Germany Section of EXPO 2010” hereinafter named as German Pavilion requires two conscien-tiously conducted polls. One poll is for evaluating the opinions of the visitors of the German Pavilion. The second evaluation required is conducted within the companies, who were involved in the construction, the maintenance and the design of the German Pavilion as well as the companies, who sponsored the Pavilion with material assets. The polling should be conducted through a questionnaire that inquires about their objectives and expected benefits regarding their participation in the project and the concrete outcome and fulfilments of their expectations.

If you are able to meet our requirements, please send us the documentation as outlined in the PDF-File, which can be downloaded below, as well as a quote detailing the costs per poll and man hours of co-workers. Also include a quotation for the rent, programming and installation of a CAPI-console on the EXPO-Site in Shanghai, China.

Furthermore an example of the questionnaires, possible in German to firstly discuss eventual changes, should be send to the mentioned address.

Prices should be indicated in net terms in Euros or RMB. A standard pricelist should also be included to allow us to estimate charges for potential follow-up assignments.

Bids and the required documents, written in English or German, signed, and scanned, should be sent to the German Pavilion by e-mail by the deadline of 28.05.2010, 10:00 a.m. German time (CET).

Selection criteria will be the cost-effectiveness of the offer and the design of the questionnaires. Also experience and the technical performance capabilities will be considered.
