Right after the Chinese Spring Festival holidays, the German Embassy School Beijing (DSP) is welcoming a new accession: the touring exhibition of the German Pavilion for the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai. After stops at the Tongji University in Shanghai, the German School Shanghai and the German Centre, the touring exhibition will now be showcased  at the DSP until the 23^rd of March, 2010.

The exhibit features a 1:200 balancity scale model on a socket. With a height of 1.4 meters and a width of 1.6 meters, the socket comes with a video and sound station enabling a multimedia demonstration of the German Pavilion.

Together with seven banners, the scale model forms a mobile yet compact exhibition that allows young and old alike to seize the conceptual and architectural composition though an informative and illustrative way.
