Shorter waiting times at the German Pavilion

In order to shorten waiting times for wheelchair users at the entrance to the German Pavilion, “balancity” has now introduced a reservations system. To avoid long queues at the barrier-free entrance, wheelchair users can reserve in advance an admission slot from 9:30 a.m. onward. The ticket shows a fixed time when they will be admitted to the pavilion without having to wait in the queue. At intervals of about ten minutes, wheelchair-bound visitors can now embark on a journey through balancity accompanied by a companion. The German Pavilion welcomes up to 25,000 visitors daily.
